Cavitation

Cavitation or virtual liposuction is an efficient and safe procedure that helps with localized weight loss.

Body treatment through Cavitation is based on the effect of low-frequency ultrasound (40KHz), which causes the formation of small gas bubbles (cavitation bubbles) and successive implosions. The adipose cell liquefies, disintegrates, and all the contents released from its rupture (triglycerides, cholesterol, fatty acids, toxins) are absorbed by the lymphatic system, drained through the lymphatic system, and eliminated through the renal pathways. As a result of the treatments, a noticeable reduction in circumference occurs (due to the reduction in the volume of adipose cells), resulting in a new body contour.

Effects of Cavitation treatment:

  • Intense lipolysis action – disintegration of adipose tissue and permanent destruction of fat cells, consequently reducing the fat layer
  • Disappearance of the “orange peel” appearance and elimination of cellulite nodules
  • Oxygenation and revascularization of subcutaneous tissue
  • Reactivation of peripheral microcirculation and drainage of stagnant fluids
  • Improvement of skin tone and elasticity

Recommendations:

  • Before cavitation, it is recommended to undergo infrared tunnel wrapping, a therapy that helps “soften” the tissues.
  • After cavitation, lymphatic drainage should be performed using body procedures, manual lymphatic drainage, or vacuum massage. This ensures the melted fat from cavitation is eliminated.
  • It is recommended to have 2 sessions per week, each lasting 20 minutes, with a minimum interval of 72 hours between them.

Because each session is equivalent, for the liver and kidneys, to a heavy meal with a lot of fats (released cholesterol and triglycerides are unloaded in the liver and kidneys), we recommend:

  • One day before and after the cavitation treatment, maintain a diet based only on low-fat foods but with a high fiber content (vegetables, fruits), as well as drinking water to stimulate liver and kidney cleansing.
  • After the cavitation session, movement is recommended (walking, light jogging, climbing stairs).

What is experienced during the Cavitation treatment?

During the treatment, a more or less intense sound can be perceived depending on individual auditory sensitivity. In any case, this phenomenon occurs in the first sessions and then diminishes. The treatment is pleasant and relaxing.

Contraindications:

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding women or during menstruation

Notes:

Results may vary from person to person, depending on age, basal metabolic rate, family history, lifestyle, physical activity, and do not replace the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.

Body contouring treatments complement a balanced diet and physical exercise to achieve the best results in the fight against cellulite and localized adiposity. These treatments ensure smooth skin appearance, reshape your entire body contour, and harmoniously sculpt your figure.

For weight loss, your body needs to adjust calorie intake according to physical activity. To maintain the results obtained from body treatments, gradually eliminate habits that affect your silhouette.
